Biography
I’m a 20-year Consumer Financial Services lawyer specializing in new technologies. My practice has always included guiding FinTech companies through the myriad of state and federal laws and regulations involving consumer financial services. I’ve been speaking on the topics of Blockchain and crypto currencies since 2012 and have held leadership positions in the consumer financial services sections of the state bar as well as the ABA and am on the board of Regents of the American College of Consumer Financial Services.
